Join us on this day trip on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 with Community Education. The cost of this day trip includes deluxe motor-coach (restroom on the bus), roundtrip, bus fare, buffet lunch at DayTrippers Dinner Theatre in Bloomington, MN, and the show ticket. We will make a short stop at Tobies in Hinckley on the way down and on the way back.
Registrations for the trip are limited to 30 people. There are no refunds for cancellation unless seat(s) can be sold to another party. All patrons will be refunded if the trip is cancelled due to lack of registrations. Please contact your local Community Education Coordinator for an itinerary, more information, or to register. Students must be 5 years old and up; students 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All seats must be reserved and paid in full by Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at 5:00 P.M.
This escorted trip is Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019. Bus leaves Cherry School at 7:30 A.M., Virginia Village Inn at 8:00 A.M., South Ridge School at 8:45 A.M., and Caywood Convenience Store at 9:00 A.M. Return to Caywood Convenience Store at 6:15 P.M., South Ridge School at 6:30 P.M., Virginia Village Inn at 7:15 P.M., and Cherry School at 7:45 P.M. Additional pick-up/drop-off locations available upon request. Cost is $105 per person.

Students, grades 2 through 12, are welcome to audition. Auditions will be held Monday, October 28 from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. in the old gym. All who audition are guaranteed a part in the production. All who are auditioning will be required to stay for the whole 2 hr. audition. Some portion of the cast will have a 2 hr. rehearsal following the audition. Rehearsals will be held for 4 ¼ hrs. each day, Tuesday through Thursday, starting right after school (2:15 W, 3:15 TR). Students may bring a snack from home. All cast members are required each day for practice. Two performances will be given on Friday, November 1; one performance for the elementary students in the afternoon and one performance for the general public in the evening. If you have questions, call Carol Andrews, 218-744-5392. Teens interested in helping with lights, sound, make-up, publicity, etc. are encouraged to contact Carol. Register for the auditions by October 21st.
